The competition date is fast approaching! All hands on deck and productivity is needed for each meeting session.

A reminder competition is Thursday, March 21st-Saturday, March 23rd.

Dear ViPrs,


We hope that you had a great Christmas Holiday and that your new year is going well so far! As we approach the 2024 FRC Season we would like to remind you of some important things. 


Kickoff Details

Our season kickoff will take place in the Saint Louis Priory School Arts and Sciences Center ( ) this Saturday and Sunday. We expect the entire team to attend these two kickoff events - parents and other interested students are welcome to attend as well:


  • Saturday, January 6th: 10 AM - 4 PM

  • Sunday, January 7th: 12 PM - 4 PM


A pizza lunch will only be provided during the Saturday kickoff meeting, snacks will be provided on Sunday. If you have any questions or scheduling changes please reach out to Mr. Ward (, Mrs. Walsh ( or Dr. Arnett ( 


Work Session Details

Your regularly scheduled work sessions will begin this Monday (see session assignments here): . If you have not yet signed up please research out to the above mentors.


Leadership Roles Still Open

We are still looking for Student Leaders for the following positions:


  • MTR Outreach

  • MTR Fundraising

  • Robot Programming

  • Robot Strategy and Drive


If you are interested in stepping into a leadership role, please submit your applications to Mr. Ward. The application criteria is a 500 word or more essay discussing why you would be the best pick for the position, as well as attending all meeting sessions, including both team leadership meetings, club meetings, and all sessions starting with Kickoff. Leadership roles are essential for the success of our team, and we encourage everyone to consider applying. As a quick reference, here is our current leadership team:

Upcoming Dates and Details


  • Sign up with the team (team number 1329) with FIRST ( Both students and parents will need to sign up.

  • Our competition season runs January through March 2024.

  • The St. Louis Regional Competition at Chaifetz Arena is March 20-23, 2024.
