The ViPrs place a high value on cultivating student leadership by mentoring and allowing leadership opportunities on our team.  Our team is divided into many divisions, each offering a leadership position. 

​Students must complete an essay with at least 500 words showcasing why they would make a good leader for the particular division.  Student Leaders must have been a part of the team for at least one year and captains must be a part of the team for at least two years.
